Full Version: My husband Just noticed the I 864 I gave him was expired

My husand JUST noticed that the I 864 - affidavit of Support has expired?? in the top right corner?? Expired as of 09/30/06?? And I find that funny cause I downloaded it off the internet..
So does this mean I have to Re Fill out, re Notarize.. and re send???

just checked the USCIS website ...found this for you
Edition Date :
11/01/06. Prior versions other than the 1/15/06 edition are not acceptable.
the new version is dated Expires 10/31/07
hopefully your date of the form is ok ..fingers crossed for you...otherwise you will have to fill it out again ...

If your husband will be interviewing for the K-3, he'll need the AOS form I134 only.....you don't have to send the I864. Also the new form for the I864 doesn't need notarization.

ok.. I found it under the K 1... but it did say I had to sign it and get it stamped?? i have to do that???
