helpsmilie.gif Hi there. I was happily(?) putting all my forms together when I found an electronic version of DS156 is now available (it automatically adds the barcode). I (of course) have completed the standard PDF version. Will London ask me to submit (print) the electronic version?

As an aside, on the standard PDF version (box 22), it insists I put a date value in. I don't have a specific date. Should I just leave it blank?
