Hello VJs,

I have being searching this before but seems that it is not a common problem.
In the second item of question 38 says... have you ever been refused admission to the U.S., or been the subject of a deportation hearing, or sought to ....
Last time i visit the US, Steve was my boyfriend, and they decided to make a second interview at the POE when i have kind of an audience, was that the deportation hearing?
I am really nervous to put down yes, and then have more problems. I read a post that someone was denied the entry and VJs adviced to put it yes, since it is common.

Any help, greatly appreciated.

No, that was not a deportation hearing.

You are required by law, penalty of perjury/fines/imprisonment to tell the truth on the forms.

Being turned away at the point of entry does NOT mean automatic visa denial/need for waiver.

Thanks a lot,

Of course i am going to tell the truth, but just imaging i have a black mark in my records to get my visa put me very nervous.
