We have overstay on VWP to overcome and I heard the Rome USCIS, which adjudicates all Paris waivers, is pretty good. I hope so. I have only one thing under Level 2 arguments (my children w/ex here in US-of course, he won't allow me to take them to France), according to attorney Laurel Scott.
