If I don't hear anything about my case I plan to call after August 12..that is the day that I'll turn to 4 months.. What should I say? I'm kinda hesitant to say that filers after me have been approved cause they might ask for proof which I don't have any of you alls receipt number.. hehehe it's private ofcourse.. there are a few filers here that have NOA1s of April 12.. it seems like that date is not goind anywhere.. everyone before and after that date are getting approved..
I think you should tell them just that. Tell them they are processing petitions out of order. Ask if some people are getting extra favors. Ask them to give you a reason why others are getting preference over your case. You don't have to give them someone else's case number, just tel them you belong to a community of K-1 filers and many of them with dates far after your have been approved. And don't let them give you the "we are only processing dates in January" line. I mean don't be rude an obnoxious about it, but be tough. This is your case, you spent money on it, and you have the right to know. If your unlucky and get one of the nasty operators and they are of no help then ask to speak to a supervisor. Remember to be calm about it. Tell them you are not trying to cause problems but you fell you have the right to know why this is happening.
You can use what I wrote in my letter before.
Say:
I know you say that all cases are processed in order they are received but Fact: there has been many people now with later NOA1 dates than mine that have been approved.
So the only explanation to this is.
My case has already been approved and I just haven't received my email update.
You are processing applications in an unorganized and out of oder fashion.
You are giving special favors to some petitioners. <-----(we know this isn't true but they don't like to hear that)
If you are going to wait until the 12th to call I think 7you should write them a letter in the meantime. use this email address. it is the one used if you feel you have been approved but haven't received a notice yet. i will again include my letter i wrote to the also
feel free to use it if you want to.

I have received several touches, but no notice. I
have seen also several other people receive their
NOA2's who have dates after my own receipt date.
The USCIS assured me that they process the
applications in order they are received. If this is
true then I must have been approved already. Since i
have indeed seen many petitioners with later receipt
dates than my own being approved. I have even seen
one with a receipt date of June 20th approved. That
is over 2 month later than my own receipt date. The
only other explanation is that the USCIS process the
petitions out of order or they give special treatment
to some petitioners.
please let me know which of these are true.
1. The CSC is processing petitions out of order.
2. Some petitioners are given special treatments.
3. My petition has already been approved but due to
the system problems at the CSC I have not yet received
a notice.
One of these has to be accurate.
thanks
