"On April 13, 2007, we received this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)"

First of all, congratulations to all of us who received their NOA1s, and good luck to those who are still waiting for it, I'm very sure they will come soon too.

Now for the question I would've hoped to ask nameless...

What exactly is the estimated adjudicated date?

Is it actually the estimated date for the process to go through, as in embassy interview, or an estimated date for NOA2, or what? I know it's "estimated" and all that, and I shouldn't read it as the absolute truth, but it sure gives a little hope...

I check my uscis account like 2 - 3 times a day.. it's very sad.
(and sometimes I check it like at 2 in the morning... which is really dumb cuz it's not like some government official is working on our cases at 2am) But I check anyway =)

Welcome everyone! It looks like all our received NOA1 dates are quite near to each other's! Except that for liz_legend, you're the lucky one who's going thru VSC, you should be getting your NOA2 way faster than us, CSCers....

not necessarily.. my fiancee didn't realize he had to put evidence in the package other than his passport with a stamp of entry to canada............ so................. I might get an RFE or two...

here's hoping anyway!

Sent in my I-129F 4/16/2007.. i just saw that my check cleared today and they are mailing my NOA1! Amazing how happy that makes me, even though i know i have just begun... lol

Does anybody know if the "last updated" file on the US CIS website is updated on a real time basis or at the end of the day?

I've received some great news.

"Application Type: I129F , PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On April 25, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)..."

After receiving that email, I tried calling my fiance at work, and then ran around the house screaming in joy.

Here's to hoping that the rest of this process is going to be just as fast!

Be glad that you're a VSC filer though! I'm sure you'll get approved much faster than us CSC filers!

I do have a USCIS account.. and no one's touched my file since the NOA1...
And Nini&Bee and I had EXACTLY the same timeline til now..

That's why it made me sad

I sent it on the 10th received n the 12th. and i got my hard copy NOA1 yesterday the 27, im really happy !

I love reading all the timelines, it gives me hope. I sent my I-129F petition to Nebraska on April 18th.

The whole process make my head hurt, and I just started!

Hi there. I can agree the following this site keeps me sane. I mailed my package on 3/31 (the day my finace left to go back to Peru ) It was received on 4/1 and then the NOA1 was dated 4/5. It seems just a few days faster than the others that I have seen. Hopefully that trend will keep up.

good for you, for us we didnt receive yet our NOA1 in mail...... ...they sent out April 24 and until now we didnt receive it yet

I hoping for a very fast NOA2 so I can really plan for a wedding! I bought my dress 2 weeks ago.

I GOT MY NAO2 TODAY!!!! @ 8:00:07 EDT I recieved 2 identical emails from CRIS stating that my application was approved!!!!

I can't tell you all how elated I am and I wish the very best to everyone else out there.

We received a letter today that stated that the NVC received our petition and is forwarding our stuff to the Vancouver Consulate.

Our estimated time is still end of July.

Well April filers...almost a month has gone by for us waiting. Another few weeks will pass by before we get our NOA2 or RFE.

So I got my NOA1 in the beginning of April, and my file has not had any "touches". I was wondering if this is normal, or should i worry?

It's normal. Some get touches and some don't.

Nini & Bee - you two are having amazing luck!
