Oh, is that how it works? I haven't even gotten a good rant on. surely i haven't ranted sufficiently yet. CSC! Give me touches!!! I want them! If you do not, i'm likely to get angrier tomorrow! I am seriously beginning to think that CSC picks our petitions using a complicated mathematical system involving elephants throwing darts.

What is the RFE trick I've been hearing about when calling the USCIS?

Do a search for 'RFE trick', seriously you're like the 10 millionth person to ask that. Also, are you predicting the future with your timeline? That's awesome that you know you sent it the 2nd of July, and even when you will get your NOA1! Why not predict when you'll get your NOA2 and visa too! Haha, just playin around, I know it was a typo.

HAHA good call on my timline haha Wheew . 10 millionth? Do I get a prize for that? . weeeeeeeeeeee HAHAHA

I had someone contact me a few days ago telling me that even though my case was transfered from NSC onto the CSC I should still put NSC in my time line info. as this will give a more accurate estimate to my petition's approximate adjudication. If I put Nebraska it shows up as July 14th but when I put California it shows up as July 24th.

He says that "once the NSC petitions arrive at CSC they are NOT mixed with the CSC petitions and that they have other groups working them. My case in point is there is too much variation between the CSC timeline average and the NSC averages."

Anyone have an opinion on this? HEHE I know we are all so close to our NO2's at this point maybe it doesn't matter. I'm just trying to pass the time.

Hello all April filers:

We got our approval yesterday (June 25) . I didn't expect it to be this soon even though I secretly had hoped to see a touch this week.

In tears, I called my other half immediately and he was still in bed. It is the most wonderful feeling in the world realizing we are getting closer to our forever reunion. after 4+ years together, i had to leave and we have been apart for nearly 2 years now.

Now I can only imagine how amazing it must feel when i have a visa in hand, when i get on a plane to come home, and when i see him for the first time at the airport where he sent me off 2 years ago, knowing that we won't be apart again.

I know you are happy for me just the same as i was quietly happy for you when I saw you guys got approved.

This is real !!!

I am crushed! I received a call a half hour ago, that he could not enter the US today and he cannot visit until he has the K-1.
I feel so horrible

I'm visiting next month through Newark so now I'm a bit worried.

That's been talked about ALOT on here. Anytime you have a K-1 Pending you run the risk of being turned away. I would imagine that even with the H2B they assumed he wouldn't leave because of the K-1 pending. It has happened to others before. Sorry.

you sent the petition on march 24...we sent it march 27...both to TSC...CSC received your petition on april 4...they received ours on the 5th...Now I'm really anxious!!! But oh so happy!! come on, we want those NOA2s!!

Finally NOA2, this evening while chating with my fiance I check my case status and nothing AS usual. Never even a touch!!! Then while still chatting with here I got a msn pop-up saying I got an email from CRIS!!!!!

I was so excited...I could barely type fast enoguh to her...so I called her. Then I was worried..what if it was denied??? or they wanted more info???

But there it was.... We both were so happy.
