Actually, I was looking at the no. of April filers the other time, and if I remember correctly, there ain't so many as compared to the people who filed in Jan, Feb and Mar.

I got another touch today, im soooooooooooo excited!!

I think this is because many of us who filed since mid April at the NSC, got our NOA1 until May

And don't worry Quinn, we got our NOA1 so late that I'm sure I'll still be around here for a while

You know that could actually of been your NOA2 with those touches. My friend had the same thing,she got NOA2 approved but no email no online case status and no NOA2 in the mail. She got to know she was approved when she suddenly saw Pack 3 in her mailbox.
Kinda sucks that they dont really let you know,cos during the time of NOA2 our loved ones could be sending us the supporting documents and all that.

Visa petition touched again but im very sure it down to a few fone calls to csc today, which unfortunately havent given us any info!!
They all said that there is no RFE, but then they didnt say there was an approval either. In fact said that case hasnt even been looked at and they only doing november petitions, even though we had touches!!!!

Well you know a touch means somebody looked at your case which is a good sign.Look at me not a single touch yet
But as they say some people get touched some dont,time will tell.
Yeah I know the feeling of being anxious of whats going on,it is horrible really.

Hi,well create an account here: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp
As soon as the date changes in your Portfilo that means that something was done with your case.
Also note that some people get touched and some dont.So if you dont see a touch dont worry about it.

Any April filers called USCIS to ask if our cases will be transfered to Nebraska?

oh no. we have almost the same timeline. I was really hoping for approval this week. But with these transfers, i don't know what to think anymore. Maybe i'll try to call them tomorrow...how did you do it? did you use the RFE trick to talk to a real person?

no. The logical explanation is that you band of hungry bears were actually homing bears and brought the applications back from NE to CA. Who knows..................

And it says they are still working on Dec....

If you go to March filers posts,starting from page 19 I think a few people called the USCIS using the RFE trick and they where also told that they are transfering cases to Nebraska.

Sorry it took so long to get back to you. I figured it would be almost 3 months until approval so I have just now checked back at the site.

Looks like we are on the same timeline and consulate. Yes she lives in Singapore and has for about 6 years. She is actually from China.

Glad to see Apr filers are getting approved.
