My fiance is preparing/assembling our I-129F packet now to be mailed to TSC tomorrow, so I guess that makes us an April filer! Can't believe it's April already! Where did the time go?

Anyway, here's to us all April filers, let's keep each other company here on this long K1 journey! Cheers to a speedy and trouble/fuss-free journey!

Yay!! So yeah my fiance finally sent our package out this afternoon via USPS Express!
Took him more than 6 hours to put everything together...
Let's hope TSC receives it by tomorrow and bring the NOA1 on, CSC!

Well I guess we are official April filers too. The application arrived to TSC on 29 March (mailed on 20 March!) and I guess it's now on its way to CSC. I hope there'll be no more delays.

Here's another April filer. My fiance sent the package on Friday, promised to be delivered on Mon April 2nd. Too bad there wasn't anyone to receive it

Our forms were sent to Nebraska last Friday so we are April filers too! Fingers crossed my OH will get the NOA-1 email this week... I hope everyone has a quick and painless visa journey!!!

Well, I finally finished my packet last night (took longer than I thought!). I dropped it off this morning at the post office. Now I see this on their website: Your item was accepted at 9:18 AM on April 4, 2007. And now.... I wait

I mailed ours yesterday, the 4th, USPS Express flat rate. Supposedly it will be delivered by noon today. Now the wait begins.

Texas received our application on 29 March but STILL no NOA-1. Time to worry yet?

a simple question, how do you check that USCIS cashed the check? is there a website or something depending on the check? I got those Western Union Checks..

I think most of us used personal checks so we could just watch our bank accounts to see when it cleared. My bank allows me to see a scanned image of the front and back of any checks I've written that have cleared.

Same here. I even got geekier...I'll get a page when the check posts. Yeah, I know, I'm sad.

I'm new to all this posting stuff, besides the K-1 process.

Sent I-129F from MN to Nebraska certified mail on Mar 30. Got the card back from post office Apr 9, says it was delivered on Apr 2.

Got my I-797 Notice of Action (NOA1) from CSC on Apr 9, the Recieved Date on the notice says Mar/30, which is wrong becuase that is the day I sent it, but no big deal. The Notice Date is listed as Apr/5.

I am wondering how some of you have the timelines attached to your posts? I found the official timeline that I updated but some of you have lots of other info on your timelines. I'll probably figure it out.

Ok, Count me in FINALLY! After waiting 6 months, it went out for Nebraska this morning. My thanks to those of you "Veterans", FWAGUY, and Huskerkiev for offering the insight needed to compile this mass of paperwork, and make sure the petition is complete with it's content.

Best wishes to the other April folks who have to go through CSC via wherever, we'll be watching each other through the months ahead.

The bank I work for, and bank with, has a feature at their online banking that lets you set alerts for various things, like a big charge to your credit card, over drafts, stuff like that. And also when a certain check posts. I'm having an email sent to my pager for this one, even if it does post at 2am, I want to know.

We are still waiting for our NOA1, but my fiance called USCIS (we were getting impatient! ) and they already gave us our case number to check the status online, and our oficial receipt date is april 5th!

Wow!! I am mailing off our I-129F Package tomorrow to TSC... I think I will use USPS Express as well... Is it true that all 129Fs are going to California except Vermont? or including Vermont?

I've just checked my timeline and my estimated adjudicated date has gone down from the 21st July to the 20th! A small move sure, and I know it's only an estimation but it's made me smile nonetheless!
