You will be able to appeal a denial before a judge.

Boiler, as for the appeal or leave options...isn't the evidence the OP has sufficient to be able to stay since it appears the marriage was entered into on good faith? Just asking, not arguing.

Without examining the evidence, no one here is equipped to know that the marriage was entered into in good faith, however, without information to the contrary, we should accept what the OP is affirming. Appealing a decision or finding another basis for remaining do appear to be the only options, should his petition be denied. While Dmartmar was not incorrect, his delivery could stand a little sprucing up.
