A week ago I had emailed the Jerusalem Consulate about a couple of questions that I had regarding our Packet 3 and never recieved an email back (I finally figured out what was needed) so I sent Packet 3 back to my fiance. Well today my fiance received a call from the Jerusalem Consulate and they apologizing for not getting back to my email, he said the lady on the phone was really helpful and they gave my fiance the info we needed and said that if we needed anything else to feel free to call them.
It sure was a big surprise to us that they would even call!

Wow, that sure is different ! I am happy to hear at least someone cared enough to call . I guess that makes up for them not responding to your E Mail. Im shaking my head over this one, for sure !

I emailed Manila consulate re: if they've received our case from NVC since we were told that it was already forwarded there and as of yet, nothing from them, nada... I hope they would at least care enough and take 2 mins of their busy time to send me a short reply even if it's just a "Nothing yet, you impatient people!" That would at least tell me that they did receive my email inquiry and didn't go straight to their spam folder. Very frustrating most of the time...

I completely agree with you, very well said. Manila consulate and especially people working on government are always busy. I wish they know the feeling we're goin through...
