I sent my package 3 some days ago and I've noticed that my copy of DS 230 part 1 has the date expired and of course all other papers as DS 156K, 157, 158 and DS 230 part II that I printed have the date expired too, I did download on Rio Consulate site and my doubt is: Could it have a negative effect in my interview? In what way? Advice me please.

NO, if the consulate sent you those forms, they still use them.
In most cases the EXP date has nothing to do with validity of the forms the date is an internal commenting period from the Office of Management and Budget. (OMB)

The USCIS recognizes that some out of date forms are still out there and being used, and that is ok, unless the forms are really really old. If you go to the USCIS website and check out the forms page, they list which dates are still acceptable for each form.
The consulate sent my husband the forms and he filled them out and at his interview, they made him redo the forms since the forms were updated. I guess it all depends which embassy you are dealing with. I would just redo the forms on the latest version and bring them with you just in case. It is better to be safe than sorry.
