Everyone who has read our story knows it's a bit different since I had my visa interview before my medical exam. They also know that they approved my visa - providing that my medical report came back all clear. March 14th I had my medical exam. The US embassy in Copenhagen say you must have your medical exam 11 working days before your interview date so they'll have it in time. Yesterday it had been 11 working days after my medical exam so I decided to contact the embassy to make sure they had it - they should since the doctor said they got my blood tests back 1½ weeks ago. HOWEVER I received an e-mail this morning from the embassy notifying me that they had NOT received it yet. But as soon as they had it they would issue my visa. No need to say my blood pressure went up considerably and the doctor must have been glad their office was closed today. So I have to wait until monday to vent. What the hell is taking them so f*****g long?! It is so frustrating sitting here just waiting for that damn medical report know that as soon as the embassy gets it you have your visa. Especially now that the easter is coming up and they will be closed for a few days. It's yet more time spent doing NOTHING. We just want to go so damn bad and get started with our lives. Our patience is running low and so is the bank account. I truly hope you guys out there have better doctors.
