Hey guys

I got the I-864 filled out but I'm confused on part 6 #25 federal income tax return information

I have copies of my tax returns and W-2's for 2006 and 2005, both years I filed the 1040A. What should I put on part 6 #25, if anything? 2004 I was living in England and did not have anything to file as I didnt work.

Also I have my last 6mos of payck stub copies, is this all the evidence I need for the I-864? My husband has a bit of income for 2006 which I file joint 2006 & 2005 but I meet the 125% of poverty guidelines by myself on both years.

Thanks guys for your help.

If you met or exceeded the poverty line by your self and are not relying on assets or a joint sponsor, then consider using I-864EZ it is a simpler form to fill out. I-864EZ

On line 25 You show total GROSS income before tax and deductions shown on the tax return.

Including letter from employer, and pay stubs are optional, but can help if your income was low over the past few years.

Also you can send copies of tax transcripts from the IRS, they are free. http://www.irs.gov/faqs/faq1-6.html
