Just curious to see the age differences as i hear there are some big age gaps...I will start.

WOW. If the age difference between me and my fiancee was that great, I would still be waiting for her to be born! I wonder what the success rate in marriages with these age differences is.

Probably greater than the success rate of couples both in their 30s.

I'll let you know once I'm 50 and he's 84... and if God's willing, I'll keep you informed when I'm a 100 and he's 134. Fair enough?

I've seen age gaps as much as 40 years. The only advice I received many years ago is that it is best to marry a Filipina that is close to 30 or older - I got that from a Filipino Pastor and friend of the family before I even began to consider marrying a Filipina. Generally you don't see huge age differences between Filipinos who live in the Philippines - I am assuming that would probably also be true between a Fil-Am and a petitioned Filipina.

In my particular case both times the difference was about 15 years.

50 and 23. 26 years, 4 months difference - and more in love now than when we met nearly 3 years ago.

Actually, big age difference is not really a big deal as long as you understand each other, you get along perfectly and most of all you love each other. It can be a "red flag" in some visa cases but as long as you have more than enough proof to prove that the relationship is not a scam, huge age gap is never gonna be a problem.

What can I do? He was born too early and I was born way too late. At least it's still "US" and "WE" in the end...

So 8 years. Which is fine once the woman is over 18,hehe. For the most part it is everyone else who makes a big deal about age gaps. The couple themselves seem to have no problems. Also in the mainland too, mixed race couples seem to draw attention. But the main thing is to love each other, then everything else is just details.
