i have a quick question.. i hope you could answer my question smile.gif

can i still apply for work permit or EAD after my 90 days from the date of entry has expired?

Thank you.
YuAndDan
Yes, you can apply at any time, before filing for AOS, with AOS, or after filing for AOS. The I-94 expiration makes no difference.

SEE the Guide: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...mp;page=k1k3ead

Please update your profile with immigration status, locations, and do a timeline. You will get more and better answers to questions if you do.

actually the expiration of the I94 does make a difference if they want to apply for the EAD with a(6) (prior to AOS).
