As this is in fulfilment of an RFE, I wouldn't take any chances - have your husband mail an original signed copy by post to you. They are looking for evidence that the marriage is real, and an e-mail could be easily faked.

As this is in fulfilment of an RFE, I wouldn't take any chances - have your husband mail an original signed copy by post to you. They are looking for evidence that the marriage is real, and an e-mail could be easily faked.
