Hi all, I just found out my husband will be interviewed as Cr-1 and not K3. My question is: how does this work as far as getting a job here in the US? Does he need to file for a work permit? Does he just need to file for SS number? (of course assuming he is granted a visa!).
Check out the links in my signature for important information on beomcing a Permanent Resident and your rights and repsonsibilities:

To be employed in the United States at any legal work of your qualification and choosing. To be protected by all of the laws of the United States, your state of residence and local jurisdictions.

You may not vote in elections limited to United States Citizens.
Did your husband already apply for a Social Security card on DS-230 II? If so, his card will be mailed to him automagically, after he enters the US.
