My hubby has an apt on May 4th in CDJ his I129F has been approved on a K3 visa, I know after we go to his apt we will file the I601 waiver, but how do I find out what the processing times are running on those waivers, like about how long after his apt and we file the waiver will it be till he is allowed back in the US? Please help with this question. Thanks so much!

If he qualifies for the fast track system, a few weeks.
Otherwise about a year.

Read about the pilot program at CDJ on immigrate2us.net.
As Boiler said, if he is eligible to file immediately and is "clearly approvable" it will take a few days, max. If not, into the normal waiting line of 9-12 months.

What qualifies you to be on the "fast track" system?

1) Filing at CDJ only
2) "Clearly approvable" waiver - sufficient proof of extreme hardship with evidence and I believe there cannot be anything criminal in the beneficiary background or that a certain amount of time has to have passed.

Has anyone filed the I-601 waiver in Turkey for an overstay of a visa? If so, how long did it take and were you able to present the form at your interview when the K-1 visa was denied or did you have to make another appointment? I have been on the immigrate2us.net website and can't find anything.
Thanks
