We jumped the gun and my wife emailed the NVC designating me her choice of agent as soon as we got the NVC number but before the 3032 packet was generated. Today she got an email stating that the case was now ready for futher processing and that the petitioner and beneficiary would be recieving futher information. Is that them accepting me as the agent of choice? And can we now start using Jame's shortcuts for the AOS bill and IV bill? Thanks, any info would be helpful.

I would assume that they did not accept the choice of agent. Nothing is accepted by NVC until it has been generated. You would of received an email stating that they have accepted the choice of agent if that was the case. Call the automated response line, enter your case number. As soon as it states that they have generated the DS-3032 and the AOS Bill you can email the choice of agent. The same applies with everything else. You must wait until you know things are generated before you can send the corresponding packet.
