I will be sending in my I-129F in on Friday for my fiance who lives in Hamburg, Germany. I am using an immigration lawyer and she asked which embasy / consolate my fiance wanted to have her interview ect. at. She said that the options were Frankfurt, Berlin, and Munich.
I have read nothing about being able to do this in BERLIN but if it is possible then I that would be much easier.
Does the embassy in Berlin handle K1s???? I know I should trust the lawyer but.......
Thanks

Welcome To VJ....

The Berlin office does not do K1 visas, only Frankfurt does them in Germany.. so..it'd be a nice drive south.. (probably just as far as Berlin).

Strike one against the attorney.. (be advised..unless your case is complicated, children..some legal issues..etc, you could probably do this yourself)...
