WE just got back after a week trip to Canada, ok what I brought with me was the two AP forms, marriage cert, the NOA of i485 and my wifes DL because stupid me didnt book the ticket under her maiden name(which was not a big deal, took 5min longer so they can verify her last name through her DL) anyways.. step 1 checked in, you need to ask for a white form at the airline counter and of course the blueform under the blue form your spouse declare you as one family name..step 2 i asked the person who directs people to go in the US line or other line, I told him she is with me and does not have a US passport or greencard, he told me it was fine...cut a lot of time by asking wow the foreign line was long...anyway...gave our passports and the two AP papers with her passport as well as the white card( its i believe another i94)...anyway...step 3 he sent us to the backroom sat for about 15min it could have been quicker but he was being bothered by other people asking him other questions, he called our name gave us a stamp in her passport and have a nice day no questions...i thought they kept one AP form but gave them both back to us.along with another i94
