The I-134 is required at the interview stage, so take all the required original documents and a photocopy with you. If you want your originals back, they will keep the photocopies for your file and give you back the originals.

Yes - all original supporting documents go with the I134. (The beneficiary will - in most cases - bring all of this to the interview.)
