Just one more question.
What does a six year old have to do to become a citizen after she enters as a permedent resident.
I understand the prosess for an adult it looks like you have to be 18 though. I just did not know if that ment you had to wait till the child was 18 or if there was a diffrent way for kids?

Two ways your 6-year old can get citizenship:
a ) Adoption by your USC spouse. You can then apply for a Certificate of Citizenship attaching the adoption papers and copy of your child's GC as proof of her eligibility.
b ) When you become a USC, she will automatically become a USC too. All you need to do is apply for a Certiificate of Citizenship attaching your Naturalization certificate as proof of her eligibility to be a USC.
