Full Version: After biometrics, how soon does one get a work permit?

Please answer.
It can take up to 90 days to receive the work permit (EAD). I've read that it usually takes 6-8 weeks. No, you won't get it at the biometrics appointment.
Biometrics was back on 12/26/06 and we're still waiting for the EAD...

If its been over 90 days since you applied for the EAD and you still dont have it you can make an INFOPASS appt and they will give you one there.
