Once and hopefully when my fiance gets here we are hoping to take or honey moon to St.John. It is a US territory, but we do have to fly. Will she be allowed to travel on the visa? It will be within a couple of weeks after she gets here. Would t be easier before we marry or after?
If so how long until she is allowed to travel round the world as a normal citizen would?

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I think as long as it's US territory, she can travel anywhere using her Visa, otherwise, you will need to file for Advance Parole (?)...
I am going to avoid the St John part because my answer would be a guess. I think it would be ok but you do go through customs both there and when you return to the USA. (At least I did when I went to the sister country of St Thomas.)
Once you are married you apply for AOS. You can also apply for A/P that lets her travel and AED to let her work. These ususally come through faster than the AOS. When you apply for A/P you can request one trip or more than one. This will let her travel out of the country and come back. The AOS is basically her two year green card. Once she has this she can also travel out of the country and come back.
One of the things you have to remember is that until she is a citizen she is traveling on her original passport so any visa requirements would be those of her original country. In my case, as in yours, my fiancee is Russian and it will make travel to many destinations much more difficult. I am leaning towards a Hawaii honeymoon which I know can be done. I see no reason St John would be any differnet so lets see if anyone else knows for sure.

No, it's not difficult - she will need to apply for a visa to certain countries, that's all. US citizens need visas to go to a lot of countries too. Getting a visa is not a big deal at all.
I've heard that one needs an AP/GC to travel from continental US to territories despite the fact that it's still the US, but I wish someone who has personal experience replied to this thread.
