My hubby and I have a very difficult siatuation with waivers. However, we're still waiting for the 130 to be approved. So I am just trying to get an idea about what's ahead. I consulted a lawyer and it was helpful, but he says chances of getting the 601 are slim. Our deal is overstay, working on a VWP, and jail time (about 6 months). The icing on the cake is the 212 for deportation.

I would appreciate any enlightening.
