I'm Julz a Filipina...i have a boyfriend and he is Dutch Citizen... he is also pinoy he just settled in Netherland for almost 10 years... and he has 2 kids they are with my boyfriends mother... and for 10 years he don't know where is his ex wife... they are not yet annuled in the wedding here in the philippines.... is it possible that we could get married in netherland if we would want to??? We've been in the relationship for 4 years and 5 months now.. and we're going to meet on april 2007 for the first time....

Not sure how much help you will get here. This site primairy convers family immigration to the US. Unless you are an USC and didnt really say that in your post.
But generally, to get married anywhere, you have to have a divorce or anullment of previous marriages. Even in the netherlands. Since he is a dutch citizen, he may be able to get a divorce in dutch court. Have him find a lawyer.

You might or can get married but then, you would still create a flame in the future. Better for your man to start processing the annulment. Safety comes first.
