I know who he is (the actor who played Emperor Ashoka), but have not seen any of his films.

oh you HAVE to! watch Asoka ... it's a great one to start out (especially for guys, because it's got swordfights and blood.....)

I like him, although sometimes the over dramatic acting in bollywood movies gets on my nerves, especially how they try to be more steamy these days. I like the movies he was in a few years ago compared to now.

I saw Asoka, I liked it but also found it depressing! I guess because it was based on true events that were really sad.

Hahaha. A lot of my American girlfriends have fallen in love with him after watching Kabhi Kushi Kabhi Ghum and Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. One of them even went along to watch Veer Zaara on the big screen with me. (although I could do without his highlights in that movie).

I know who he is, after my sweetie (now hubby) gave me a bollywood movie to watch, Mohabbatain. Actually, Lake looks a WHOLE lot like him at times, only his eyes are sooooo much prettier than SRK's. Green, green. Right now he is job hunting...(He just told me yesterday he MUCH prefers to have ladies interview him for jobs, and I said..."I just BET you DO!!!")

And guess what? He has a cousin named Raj that used to work out (as in fitness) with SRK, when SRK would come to New York City for whatever reasons. I guess they got to be good buddies and even went out on social occasions a few times. Small world, huh?

Oh, and if anyone knows Raj, in New York City...(you know the one.... awfully vain and thinks he is a gift to the world),....um...we are NOT related.
