Did you apply for EAD, or are you assuming you will get your GC quickly because of DORA?

My advice is not to quit your job if your EA expires, its up the employer to enforce the law regarding your legal employment, not you an there are no consequences to AOS for working without authorisation.

If you haven't applied for EAD, I would suggest you might want to consider that in case you get stuck in FBI namecheck.

i did not apply for EAD because that woman who interviewed me in local office .said D.O.R.A is very quickly and may

i receive my green card in 3 month.and if will be late they will send me letter for apply for EAD.

just i'm wondering what if they will do if they found me working without authorization? which punishment they can do??

thanks.

You may well get your Green Card in three months. However, you may also get stuck in the FBI namcheck black hole, in which case it could take longer.

Its very unlikely that you would either get caught, or punished. The law breaker here would be your employers, for not checking your employment eligibility.
