Hey all,

I've had a long break from visajourney, dealing with paperwork and drama of the embassy, but finally Elena is here, I picked her up from the airport and couldn't be happier. We will get married beginning of June, and apply for the status right after. To everyone who's still waiting - hang in there, it's a long, tedious and stressful process, but it's all worth it.

Good luck to all,

Mike.

What additional documents did you need?
gogal2020

Additional documents pertaining to the case. They stated that she overstayed her last visit, when she stated she did not. So I faxed them proof. I had a feeling that they knew they were wrong, and just messed with us, just like they like to do. It is usually difficult not to get the visa, when it's already approved in US., maybe only if something is really odd, and even then I've seen 20 years age difference, fiance does not speak english and so on, and had less problems then we did. Luck is all it is, who you get and how you present your case, but at the end it should all work out for the best.
