I speculated that maybe they just sent the NOA2 through snail mail and didn't update the database, but I think if that was the case it would have got to me by yesterday.

Ivelina & Andrew, I sent my I-129F same time you did, but have not seen any touches since April 3. I am getting a little worried, even though I checked and re-checked everything before I sent it out.

Got our NOA2 April 9. Took 26 days from NOA1 to NOA2. My fiance was worrying after day 16 or so because people with similar timelines already had theirs by then. The date on my timeline was more accurate, where it said something about 'if your case has not been approved within 10 day of xx-xx-xx' or 'we estimate your case should be adjudicated by xx-xx-xx' or something like that, the date said April 11, 2007 and we got it two days before that. It's like VSC knew I was going to call on the 9th

So if the best case scenario times have passed, look toward the date given in your timeline instead, don't drive yourself crazy. Look at the graph describing NOA1 to NOA2 at Vermont, it is 40something days last I looked. Think about that before your get too worried....
Even VSC sometimes takes longer than we think it will compared to the other centers. I know it is hard, but try to be patient? Keep your mind and hards busy, cross-stitch is working well for me. I am working on something 18" by 7" and I'm about 3/4 finished. I do this when I am despairingly sad or I am waiting for something that is very important to me, but I think I'll be waiting a long time

(longer that 2 or 3 weeks, so this counts, even though VSC is quickest center). I'll probably stop after he gets here. But I'm sure there will be other things in life where I will find myself waiting.

"Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated as early as xx xx, 2007*.
If this date has passed by more than 10 days or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline."
When I looked at ur timelines these were the dates to replace xx xx
Janet and Edger : April 21 (a Saturday)
Justchillin' April: 26 (a Monday)
My guess is late this week or sometime next week. I hope it is sooner.
I had planned to wait until the date I saw on my timeline before I was going to start worrying. It kept me sane. Give yourself a date where you will let yourself become concerned, and be stern with yourself about keeping it. Maybe that sounds silly. Just saying what helped me. Also, think about how it takes longer at the other service centers and we are lucky. To give it more perspective.

I got my NOA1 on March 26th. I supplied the I-129F, both G325A's, A intent to marry letter for each of us, copy of my passport(every page), copy of my birth certificate (which to prevent fraud, has a 'void' on it when you send a photocopy, perhaps they will require me to give them an original copy of my birth certificate), copies of my passport pages with stamps from there, copies of her visas to the US (perhaps I should have copied her entire passport?, not just the visas), 14 pictures of us together, even with some very well known landmarks, copies of bank statements where I made several transactions there, copies of what boarding passes we had for both of us. Not sure what else they could possibly want.

Gosh, I can't imagine what they would want either! Hmmmmm. Well I do know that the turn-around is quick, just supply what they need asap when you find out and you should be ok. Sorry for the let down, I'm probably heading in the same direction because I haven't heard anything yet. There are those whom have already received theirs before us which is a bit discouraging. I feel bad that you had to wait 13 days for them to decide to notify you of the REF. Hopefully the snail mail request will come real soon. My last touch was April 10 but now I have some kind of a timeframe of what to expect. I think I would prefer a REF just to get things moving again as long as it is not a difficult one where I need more info from Ming in China. I understand that when they receive what they request approval usually comes just a day or so later. Please let us know what the REF was for. I hope it is a easy one.

I got my RFE email on April 07 and the snail mail was received on April 12th. They wanted to get a copy of Final Divorce Decree that is not appealable (it was already included in the initial submission). I went to the courthouse and got an original decree that is signed and exemplified by the Judge and the County Clerk. I mailed the RFE back on April 13th and hope that this will satisfy them.

I also sent a copy of my final divorce so I'm not sure that that is what they want. I'm really not sure what it could be. I didn't have a long form birth cert for myself because frankly I didn't know they existed, I've always had the same birth cerficate so I never knew of anything else, so that could be it. Nor did I sent copies of my passport, you would think they could look up your SS# to see if you are a citizen or not? Stupid.
Anyway, waiting to find out what it is.
