You should expect to receive a written decision or written update within 60 days of the date we received your response unless fingerprint processing or an interview are standard parts of case processing and have not yet been completed, in which case you can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. I THOUGHT WHEN YOU SENT IN AN RFE IT WAS APPROVED IN A FEW DAYS?

It will not take that long. My case was approved a week after they received my RFE. You should hear something from VSC very soon.

I've sent my I-129F March 16 and got NOA1 week later, but nothing from that time. Any ideas what is going on?

Vic, have you checked status of your case # on the USCIC website? You should be watching that for date changes on your case to see if it is being "touched".

Yes, I check the status each day, it says Application received and pending. I call last week, they say it is in normal proceeding time. The last update March 19.
I wish to see my darling soon!

I understand you pain. I'm trying to understand why USCIS hasn't updated their processing times since March 15th!!!!! Or maybe the status hasn't changed

Hi all, sorry I dissapeared for a while, was overseas visiting the lady. Well my roomate opened my RFE, basically its just a sheet of paper asking two questions. #1 Did we meet thougth a marriage broker? YES/NO (UMMM thats weird cause I already asnwered that for sure inthe I129F, and #2 Do you have a criminal record? YES/NO Sounds like basically when I get back tonight, I can sign that send it off in the morning and I should be all good.

I just check the status online again, last update march 19 when NOA1 was sent. It is more than month ago.

Hello guys...I called up NVC a couple of times with regards to my NOA2 being forwarded to UK and they said it might take 2 to 4 weeks....was wondering if it really takes this long.

I FEEL THE SAME WAY IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY....NO TOUCHES SINCE APRIL 20

How do you think I feel? I sent I129f on 3/23, I received NOA1 on 3/29 and haven't heard anything since then. It's really frustrating because I haven't been "touched" or anything. My fiance is in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and the Barbados US Embassy usually expediates cases fairly fast. This is just really annoying. I would like to at least get my second notification.

I got NOA1 on the 4/2 and it was touched on the 4/5 and has not been touched again since, I understand your frustration, I'm feeling the same way, hopefully we will all see something soon.

I has some plans that involving my Fiance for summer but I may have to scrap them.

Gosh, there must be some kind of delay happening - ugh!

I just got a notice that they received my RFE in email! by the way guys I did some research on the timelines with RFE's looks like its normal for it to take 7-10 days to get a NOA2 after they start reprocessing, so don't worry.

Congrats to all march filers at vsc who got NOA2 already. I'm depressed because until now we still not getting the approval. We received RFE and sent back our response on the 19th of April and had couple of touches after that. But no word from USCIS on our application. Hope to get ours soon.
