I want to travel to my home country in May and I discovered on my AP above my picture is the wrong name. What do I do now? Send papers back or go for an Infopass .... I want my papers soon.
Thanks for all your help.

I would make an infopass appt to see what is the necessary steps to getting this corrected. I think there is a form that you need to fill out to correct the information, but maybe someone that has had this problem will post a more specific response on the form number. Good luck.

Info pass, they can issue AP in emergency situations, and if you plan to travel soon, the error tends to qualify as an emergency.

Thank you very much. I will try an Infopass ... I guess soon I will have to go for one every week. I can't belive the problems we have with the San Francisco office.
Thank you and good luck.

when you say it is the wrong name, what do you mean?
If it is your married name vs. your maiden name, this is not an issue. Carry a copy of your marriage cert with you to bridge the gap until you get you passport replaced.

I say is the name of a man. But is only above the picture ... not on the form at the top of the paper ... there is the right name.

Well .... it turns out i got crazy for nothing this time. The name is of the person who signed my AP. After all the problems we had so far ... i see mistakes everywhere. Now we have to go do biometrics again ..... because it took them 3 month to realise they lost them ....
Thank you all for your answers .
