Hi all need your opinion.
Is my case difficult to get approve now?
I moved in new home on May 2006 but for got to mail I-865 (Sponsor address change)
My wife mailed in her AR-11 on May 2006 and did AR-11 again on line last Friday.
I have mailed in I-865 last Friday (3/16/07) and USCIS received it.
My wife’s I-751 (petition to remove condition remove) due on March 23 rd.
Questions:
Do think I should wait few days because I just mailed in I-865.
Do you think USCIS will delay my wife I-751 pertion because of missing I-865 petition if they do not accept mine becaue I am late to submit?
What can happen worse?

You should not have any problem, the AR-11, and I-865 only is a record for them to locate you or the resident alien, if they need to.

Just make sure you file I751 BEFORE the expiry date of the green card.
