Full Version: Adjusted Gross Income on I-864

I've been abroad the past 3 years and my adjusted gross income is not high, even negative one year (though I had a qualifying income and do now). I'm concerned that if I simply put the adjusted gross income (they say for 1040EZ but not 1040), they'll simply look at it and reject it without noticing there's actually enough income.

I think you are confusing two different items.
Current income.
Income on your last tax return.

Not necessarily related.
