my daughter got her conditional permanent resedent status now
can she sponsor our family now
my son is 15 years old i want him to do higher education in u.s
is there something called as age limit to enter the u.s for a family .

No, only US citizens can sponsor parent/siblings. It doesn't take long for a parent of USC to become a permanent resident. However, siblings of USC have to wait 10-23 years (depends on the country) before they can get an immigrant visa.can she sponsor our family now

yes in some cases, but not if sponsored by USC sibling....
Once you become a permanent resident (let's say in 4 years), you can sponsor your son. Here the age will play part as wait can be 5-7 years (under 21 according to USCIS, check the rules how the age is calculated ) or 10 -15 years for PRs children over 21.
Look into student visa for your son.
