Hi everybody,
My fiancee got a blue slip asking for more income documents and IRS1722 letter. My question is, when I resubmit the requesting documents, do I need to redo another I-134 in which I will add more asset and other types of income? (i.e. home asset, bank letter,...) Or just present documents itself to CO?
Thanks for your precious advices.

Just supply the documents that they request. If you didn't do so before, W2's/tax return, letter from your current employer indicated date of hire, whether you are a temporary or permanent employee and a letter from your bank with all accounts open, when they were open, average balance in the past year and current balance. The IRS 1722 letter is no longer available, but I believe that is for your tax transcripts.

You do not have to resubmit the I-134 form unless they are asking you to.

If I were you, Id redo the I-134 with the new assets included. I believe that too much is better than too little. If they use the new form, good, if they don't, good as well. You don't need another REF. Just include a letter explaining why you redid the form, stating that you were not sure whether they wanted it or not, so to be safe you included it. Good luck!
