Hi Dano! You need to go to the passport office where your passport was issued and also get another certificate from the local police station where you live, hopefully that is in Delhi for you. Ask for “Police Clearance Certificate” (PCC), everyone knows what it is. They have pre-printed forms there and you just have to fill it up with your info. Bring the interview letter if you have it, just in case (my fiancé did not have to show the interview letter in Visakhapatnam, just told the people there his interview date). My fiancé paid Rs 25 for the printed form he filled out, plus they asked for a copy of his passport and 3 photographs. I was worried about the PCC too, but it turned out it was very fast and easy! yes.gif
