MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN MARRIED A LITTLE LESS THEN A YEAR. AND HAS NOT RECEIVED AOS FOR TEMPORARY GREEN CARD.OUR MARRIAGE IS KINDA OF ROCKY,AT TIMES I THINK SHE IS TRYING TO PROVOKE ME TO HIT HER.AND I WANT,AND I TRY TO RECONCILE WITH HER AND TELL HER I'LL DIVORCE YOU IF IT CONTINUES.SHE SAYS SHE DOESN'T CARE BECAUSE HER EMPLOYER WILL GIVE HER A WORK VISA .SO THAT IS MY QUESTION CAN SHE GO FROM A FIANCEE VISA TO A WORK VISA.

Don't do anything that would be considered domestic violence towards her, no matter what she does. I am waiting for one member in particular to pick up on this thread, he would certainly have something to say about it.

Yep (to kaffykat).
There are routes she can go if you abuse her. You do not want to be messed up in that. And besides, physical violence solves nothing. It's manipulative and evil.

Battered women can go ahead and finish the green card process with proof of domestic violence. Her employer won't be able to just give her a visa because they want to, it's a whole different monster. She has to be incredibly valuable to her company and they have to prove that she is extremely essential for the company. Not only that, but it takes a long time to get a visa that way.
If you divorce her without any violence, she's toast.
