This card is to be used by all aliens to report a change of address within ten days of such change.The collection of this information is required by Section 265 of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1305). You need to change address for this as well as the sponsor on the http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-865.pdf must be changed as well. Good luck.
