First I'd like to say this website has been very helpful, and I've been able to find almost everything I was looking for.
Thank you!
I had a question about the interview in Manila.
Alohaspirit mentioned in a post that the interviewers will ask for original tax documents during the interview.
Which tax documents are considered original?
I really don't know what to include.
Also, there going to ask her for my 2006 tax return info, and my wife was saying that they won't except it if it hasn't been approved by the IRS.
I've prepared my taxes, but I needed to file a tax Id number for her, in order for the process to be complete.
Her interview date is March 29th, and I haven't sent the paprwork to the IRS to be processed yet.
She's really nervous about this, and even told be she wants to push back the interview date until my taxes are finished.
I really don't see the point in waiting another six months for her to get an interview since it's been 2 years already!
I'm really at a loss here, because I don't know what the Embassy in Manila will except.
when I filed, all I send them were my tax transcripts from the past 3 years.
Because I haven't filed for my taxes yet, will they not grant her a visa?
please help
thank you.
