Hello,
I have submitted I-864 for my wife when I sponsored her.
I have not sumbit, I-865. I moved to new home on May 2006.
We have submitted AR-11 when we moved to new home on May 2006.

What I would do now. Can I submit I-865 now after 10 months since I moved.
I need tell them any way, right?

Please help help.

just file the I-865 now.... as far as i know you won't be penalized...

I filed mine a bit late a few times and I had no problems.....
