I have a baby girl 4 months old born in USA.
What should I write in part 5 on I-751 form?
Is this part 5 only for Childern who is asking remove condition on residence.
Or in general for all child.
Main point is, my child is US citizen, do I have to write her name and immigration status on part 5?

I would list her and under immigration status I would put US citizen.
I would list all children even the ones that are US citizens, just indicate immigration status as US-Citizen and A# as None.
