yeah thanks i tried going thru them but cant open or do any of the links james short cuts mention neither i undrstd what barcode meant?

Here are a few things you can do before getting things from NVC is:

Do the I-864 form and have ready to send to them
I-864
I-864EZ (IF your income exceeds 125% of the poverty line)
Do the DS-230 form:
The state department did something recently that lost the DS-230 on their website. You can download one from here: http://www.visapro.com/Department-State-Forms.asp.

Based on James Shorcuts, the next step is the choice of agent. Either your husband needs to fill out the DS-3032 form asking for the choice of agent (either you or him) so that all correspondence is sent to that agent. Most people choose the USC since the USPS is more reliable here than the mail service in foreign countries. If you two decide that he will mail it to NVC, he needs to sign it. BUT, based on these shortcuts, he can also e-mail them (instead of using form DS-3032) and tell them who he chose to be the agent. There is even an example on how to do it.

The other step is the AOS bill. Just try to follow all these steps slowly and you'll see that you won't have any problems.

i will read and undrstd the form nicely before i fill
by any chance if i receive something from nvc,
will they also send me this form ds-230 or any link to it ,,
also while doing choice of agent he has to send my 380$ bill in that case my husband is coming for one and half month to india on april 15th so if they ask for the bill in his absence no one is there to pay
and if i be choice of agent unnecessary delay
can my husband send the bill or check along with the form itsef now only so tht the time he is in india with me
not much prob comes regarding bills .
