Frankly, people probably lost the will to decipher your computer speak to make it to the end of your question (and that's not a slam against non-native speakers - it's a slam against sloppy typing and saying "plz" when you mean please.)

I can't understand your questions or what processes you've been through or where you are right now (in the process and in the world, geographically speaking).

I think you are probably going to have to reword your question, maybe with help from someone with better English. I would love to help you with your problem, but I honestly don't know what you are saying exactly.

Please reword your question in better English and we would be very happy to help you out.

Yes, you will encounter problems.

What was the result of the initial fraud investigation against your previous K1?
If it was determined that your K1 was based on fraud, you will not do any better with a K3.

How do you expect anyone to give you any reasonable advice when you only give partial information.

The best advice for you is to seek your advice from a good immigration attorney. Even then, if the fraud investigation did not end in your favor, your chances of ever coming to the US again are near zero.

Well done on recalling that and therefore being able to decipher the OP's post.

I will try to interpret her question.Bear in mind that I am a non-native speaker myself.

Hello,
Please I would like your advice concerning my case.I have been a member of this forum and have asked this question before but so far have been unable to get a good answer.

So me and my wife ,who is a US citizen, have planned to get me to the States on K-1 visa. Once in the States ,a girl I know there ,started creating problems for us.She notified the local USCIS Office of our plans and has told them that our marriage is a sham marriage.
The immigration service promptly shipped me back to my home country. I am right now in my home country trying to get myself back to America-by going though another K-1 visa process. The local US Embassy in my home country has not responded to my renewed I-129F pettition in two months and now my wife and I are thinking about getting married in my home country and applying again-this time using K-3 visa.
I just want to know if you think I will have problems at the Embassy or the Nebraska Service Center this time around.

Thank you

Hope this helps.

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, that makes more sense now. Thanks! wink.gif

Well, it depends on the reason why they deported you in the first place. You will have to file again to get here somehow, right? So you gotta take chance and do it. If USCIS sees a problem with your case (which they probably will) they'll let you know and what steps you need to take. Also, your wife should consult with an immigration lawyer before filing any kind of petition.

I thought I was going to need my "Hooked on Ebonics" Language lessons to figure this one out! jest.gif

nice radika!! good.gif ! i had a different interpretation... this thread has been a big mystery.. girlwerewolf2xn.gif rated (S) for suspense..eb0dfafc.gif

well, if you got deported, it may be more complicated as you need to wait for a certain time before reentering. it all depends again.. voluntary or involuntary deportation?? two months may still be too early to get the response from the USCIS.. follow up on your petition and see what response you'll get..

still missing some details to get the whole pic.. good luck!...
