I know its all been asked before, and I'm sorry for that, but the search on this site never seems to work when I want it too!! I called NVC today and they confirmed that they have received the case and gave me my LND number. I've been told that I can now book my appointment for my medical with that. Do I have to wait for packet 3 or can I just go ahead and make an appointment? If I can does anyone have the details of the place I need to contact??? Thanks everyone!!!

The medical is done in one of two places, when you get packet 3 they will tell you to arrange the medical. The phone number is (0207) 584 9458. Monday to Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm.
The two places these are carried out are 15 Basil Mansions, Basil Street, London SW 3 1AP which is close to Knightsbridge tube station.
The other is 4 Bentinck Mansions, 12-16 Bentinck street, London W1U 2ER which is walking distance from Bond Street tube station, i have my medical at this one tomorrow
