Questions:

[*]Can I send bank certified check for $275 (in one check), It now $275, am I correct.
[*]Which one good idea, personal checks (shows both spouse name) or certified check.
[*]I do not need to send photos, am I correct?

Where did you get 85 days from? You are allowed 90 days prior, but not before.

As per the form instruction of I751 no passport pictures are required.
The fee as per the form the is $275, but it is always wise to check the USCIS internet site (www.uscis.gov) for any changes before sending out any petition/application.

They will take your pictures during the biometrics appointment. You can send pictures in but they will just ignore them.
