my fiance received her packet 4 today and the ds230 part 2 was not included. i think i remember reading somewhere that ds230 part 2 is not required for a k1 fiance visa. is it required or is everything o.k. without it?

Most embassies and consulates do not use part 2 of ds-230, for K visa cases the DS-156K has the sworn affidavit on it. This is the case with Guangzhou China, we did not need to do DS-230 part 2.
