Is anyone out there going to be filing both the 601 and 212 waivers with the new pilot program at CDJ? I'm wondering how CDJ is planning to adjudicate these -- maybe they'll instantly approve the 212 with the 601? Or maybe they'll they won't approve people in that situation with the new pilot program. It certainly will be interesting to see how this pilot program works....
